Want to come for a few days to try it out? We’re happy to offer you free use of the hub to work from while you come down to see if this might be for you. You can stay in a choice of local B&B’s and the affordable Sneem Hotel or If you’d rather self-catering, let me know and I’ll see what I can work out for you. Of course there’s a lot to consider if you’re exploring the possibility of improving your health and wealth by moving here. Introduce you to the Principals in our high performing schools in the area, with really low pupil teacher ratios and a great reputation. Choose from our multi-denominational school or one with a first class service for children with additional needs.

Clubs and Societies

Tell us your interests and we’ll introduce you to the appropriate people. From scouts and the GAA to rowing, from drama to music or yoga, from hiking to golfing, there’s something for everyone here.

Property

Arrange for a short stay ‘Concierge’ rate in Sneem Hotel or a week or more at a local rental home. We will help you search for and view long-term rental and buying properties that meet your needs, many of which are not to be found online.

Remote Working

We will let you work from the Sneem Digital Hub free of charge while you check out the area. With a state of the art Digital Hub on your doorstep offering 1GB broadband, a choice of co-working space or private offices, a bright airy working environment and the option to clearly differentiate between home and work, it’s never been easier to have the lifestyle and the career together. Plus we have even more attractive rates for people wishing to use the hub year-round. We’re a not-for-profit community organisation with the aim of reversing rural depopulation in the area so we’re happy to help you explore and / or make the move even if the hub is not something you’d need down here. If you choose to work from home we can introduce you to other remote workers in the area through our Grow Remote Chapter.

Concierge Service Terms and Conditions

The service is free but If you use our concierge service, and as a result move to the Sneem area, there is a requirement to rent a desk in Sneem Digital Hub for one year at a cost of €1,800 + VAT. That’s just €150 per month!
